Manager / Sales

I enjoy the variety and challenges of running this business and in particular working with  a positive team committed to a high level of service for all of our clients. My main focus is on the planning, development and administration of the business and while primarily involved in the administartion I have a hands on approach and am involved in the running of the workshop, supervising the installation of wood fires , and sales  especially wood fires.

With many years of operating a small business in Dunedin I have been fortunate to be a part of the constant change and improvement necessary to remain successful. Dunedin is agreat environment to work in with very strong loyalty of clients and suppliers.

The team here share my vision of enjoying work in a friendly environment and producing quality work with client satisfaction the goal. We have a large loyal client base and regular positive feed back which is reassuring.

Dianne
Office Manager / Sales 

Dianne has extensive experience in the retail industry, is the first point of contact with our clients on the telephone or in the showroom, relates in a calm and confident manner and has a wide ranging role  which includes maintaing the integrated computer point of sale and management system,  maintaining and sourcing, spare parts, purchasing, keeping the operation running smoothly, liaising with clients, making bookings for repairs and has an active role in sales and  the  display of products in the showroom. 

Another area of responsibility is the development and maintenance of the website which is a work in progress and becoming an an important aspect of promoting the business and also the management of local advertising content and working with suppliers on joint advertising. 

Kenny
Service Department Manager 

Leading a team of three in the workshop Kenny is an extremely capable small engine technician competent in all areas of service and repair of all types of outdoor power equipment. As agents for sereral leading brands we have ongoing product training and current knowledge of the latest technology. While responsible for and highly skilled at working on more complex equipment Kenny also manages the wrokflow and is engaged in the ongoing training of workshop staff. With a naturally helpful attitude and pride in turning out  quality work and willingness to always go the extra distance Kenny is well respected by clients and his work collegues. Showroom sales and advice is another area where he is starting to excell.

Stephen
Serviceman / Wood fire Installer

Repairs to outdoor power equipment is a seasonal business and in the summer months  Stephen is fully engaged in the busy workshop on reapirs and servicing of smaller equipment, including lawn mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers and sharpening hand tools. Another service is collecting and delivering clients equipment and this task is shared with the third in the workshop team.
